• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Charnwood Wellbeing immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Charnwood Wellbeing cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

 

4. Service Booking and Payment

• Service Descriptions: We strive to ensure that all descriptions of Services on the Website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that service descriptions or other content on the Website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

• Availability: All Services are subject to availability. Completing a booking request does not guarantee a slot until you receive a Booking Confirmation.

• Pricing: All prices for Services are listed on the Website and are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Booking Process:

  • You can book Services directly through the Website by selecting your desired service, date, and time.

  • You will be guided through the payment process on the Website.

  • Upon successful booking and payment, you will receive a Booking Confirmation email. This email serves as your official confirmation and contains details of your appointment.

• Payment:

  • Payments for Services are processed securely through third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Wix Payments, PayPal). Charnwood Wellbeing does not store your full payment card details.

  • By submitting your payment information, you authorize Charnwood Wellbeing and its third-party payment processors to charge the specified amount for the Services you have booked.

  • All payments are due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

• Gift Vouchers: If you are redeeming a gift voucher, the voucher code must be entered at the time of booking. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Specific terms regarding the validity and use of gift vouchers will be provided with the voucher.

 

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

• User Cancellation/Rescheduling:

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, you must do so by contacting Charnwood Wellbeing via email at hello@charnwoodwellbeing.co.uk within the specified notice period.

  • Our Cancellation Policy:

    • Full refund for cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled booking time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will not be eligible for a refund

    • Please note that "no-shows" (failure to attend a booked service without prior notification) will not be eligible for a refund.

• Charnwood Wellbeing Cancellation/Rescheduling:

  • In the unlikely event that Charnwood Wellbeing needs to cancel or reschedule your booking (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances, illness, or technical issues), we will notify you as soon as possible.

  • You will be offered the option to reschedule your service or receive a full refund.

  • Charnwood Wellbeing will not be liable for any additional costs, losses, or damages incurred by you as a result of such cancellation or rescheduling.

• Refund Processing: Refunds, if applicable as per our policy, will be processed to the original payment method within [e.g., 7-10] business days.

 

6. Service Delivery

• You agree to arrive punctually for your booked Service. Late arrival may result in a shortened service duration or cancellation without a refund.

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information about any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or other information that may affect the safe and effective delivery of the Service. Failure to disclose such information may result in the refusal of service without a refund.

• Charnwood Wellbeing reserves the right to refuse or terminate services to anyone exhibiting inappropriate, abusive, or disruptive behaviour.

• Disclaimer regarding Advice & Wellbeing: The Services provided by Charnwood Wellbeing are for general wellbeing, relaxation, and self-improvement purposes only. Whilst our counsellors and therapists are all trained and qualified individuals, our Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, nor are they a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

 

7. User Conduct and Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Website to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

• Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.

• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.

• Transmit any data that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware, or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware.

• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Website, or which, as determined by us, may harm Charnwood Wellbeing or users of the Website or expose them to liability.
